As a Senior Recruiter you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to support our company's strategic objectives. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their staffing needs, and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in recruitment, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully filling positions across various departments and levels within an organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various recruiting methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through the offer stage, ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with HR partners to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to stakeholders and leadership.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2 + years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting.
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various departments and levels within an organization.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
